Data we process

Through the call request form: your full name, company, email address, the service you need and your message.

If you consent, cookie and device data about how you use the site (pages visited, browser type, approximate location).

Why we process it

To reply to your request, schedule a call and prepare a proposal.

If you consent, to measure site performance and evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising.

Legal basis

Form data is processed because it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and on the basis of our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). Analytics and advertising cookies run only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

Transfers

Your data may be stored on the infrastructure of Google LLC (Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads). As these services use servers outside Türkiye, the transfer takes place under KVKK Art. 9. Your data is not shared with any other third party.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

Essential: your language and cookie preferences are stored in your browser and do not require consent.

Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies run only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and who it has been transferred to, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
